Holy Friday is filled with processions of all the churches carrying their Epitaphs. Schools, music bands, choirs and scouts walk behind the church processions and the bands play some classics, including "Adagio", "MarciaFunebre" and "Sventura".

The processions start at 12:30 and continue all day long until 22:00. The whole town centre is filled with people watching the processions. The mood is somber and the lights in the Liston are turned purple.
